For homeschool co-ops

Run your co-op, not the paperwork.

Co-op Hub gives your co-op one home for class registration, schedules, the family directory, and invoices — so the parents who run it can get back to teaching.

What it handles

The whole term, from sign-up day to the last invoice

Class scheduling

Build each term’s schedule by period and room. Conflicts surface while you’re planning, not on co-op day.

Registration & waitlists

Families enroll their own kids. Classes cap themselves, and the waitlist promotes automatically when a spot opens.

Family directory

Every family, student, and contact in one place that’s always current — not in last year’s binder.

Invoices & payments

Send each family one clear invoice, record payments as they arrive, and always know who’s paid up.

Roles & invites

Invite teachers, co-admins, and parents by email. Everyone sees exactly what their role needs and nothing more.

Terms that reset cleanly

Plan fall while spring is still running. Each term keeps its own classes, rosters, and records.

How it works

From spreadsheet to running co-op in an afternoon

Create your workspace

Name your co-op and claim its address. The whole setup takes about two minutes, and it’s free during beta.

Invite your families

Send email invites to teachers, co-admins, and parents. Each family sets up its own household and students.

Open registration

Publish the term’s classes and watch the roster fill itself — caps, waitlists, and invoices included.

Pricing

Free during beta

  • Unlimited families, students, and classes
  • Registration, waitlists, schedules, and invoices
  • Your co-op’s own address on coophub.app
  • Every feature we ship while you’re in beta

When paid plans arrive they’ll be priced for co-op budgets, with a 30-day free trial. Beta co-ops hear about it first.

Questions

The things directors ask first

Do parents need an account?
Yes — parents sign in to enroll their kids, check the schedule, and see their invoices. They join from an email invite and are set up in a couple of minutes.
Is our co-op’s data private?
Each co-op is its own separate workspace. Your families, classes, and finances are visible only to your own members, and that separation is enforced all the way down to the database.
What does it cost?
Nothing while Co-op Hub is in beta. Paid plans will come later with a 30-day free trial, priced with volunteer-run budgets in mind.
Can we start mid-year?
Yes. Enter your current term’s classes and families and pick up where you are — nothing about Co-op Hub assumes a September start.

Make this the last term you run from a spreadsheet.
