Every family, student, and phone number in one place. Families keep their own details current, so you’re not the one fixing typos.
Invoices & payments
One invoice per family, not one per class. Mark payments as they come in and you’ll always know who still owes you.
Roles & invites

We’ll charge for this eventually, at a price a volunteer-run co-op can afford, and you’ll get 30 days free first. Beta co-ops hear about it before anyone else.
Questions
What directors usually ask
- Do parents need an account?
- Yes. They sign in to enroll their kids, check the schedule, and see what they owe. It starts with an email invite and takes a couple of minutes.
- Is our co-op’s data private?
- Every co-op gets its own separate workspace. Your families, classes, and finances are visible only to your members, and that’s enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing right now. Paid plans come later with a 30-day trial, and we’re pricing them for co-ops run by volunteers, not school districts.
- Can we start mid-year?
- Yes. Put in the classes and families you have right now and go from there. Nothing here assumes you begin at the start of the school year.
